Job description

Job Description UX Designer Overview We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with 5+ years of professional experience creating user-centered digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma, user flows, wireframes, workflows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, business analysts, developers, and product teams to translate complex or ambiguous requirements into clear, practical, and intuitive UX designs.

Experience supporting design sprints, workshops, usability testing, accessibility, and design systems is highly valued. Key Skills & Experience Advanced Figma and interactive prototyping skills User flows, workflow mapping, wireframing, and information architecture Experience designing enterprise applications and complex workflows Workshop and design sprint facilitation or support Usability testing and design validation Accessibility and inclusive design, including WCAG 2.1+ Experience with design systems and component libraries Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience designing internal operational tools, enterprise applications, or complex business software Experience working in regulated or highly structured industries Familiarity with financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, lending, agriculture, or similar industries.
