This position is the company liaison between the customer and the installation workforce to insure a seamless installation experience. This position interfaces with installers, clients, service providers, co-workers and the customer that experiences the installation on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Primary resource for installer schedules, questions, and work-related issues (central point of contact)
- Coordinates assignments ad paper flow for daily Service Provider schedules
- Dispatches work orders to SP’s and adjust workloads as needed
- Notifies customers with installation time frames
- Fields incoming customer calls
- Handles all escalations to full resolution
- Acts as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve installation issues
- Ensures all customers are contacted at the end of the installation
- Serves as a back-up to the other Project Coordinators
- Performs other managerial duties as assigned by the Director
- Serves as back-up to the Director as assigned
- Insures completeness and accuracy of all paperwork
- Ensures all business operations with area of responsibility are conducted ethically and within the law
- Returns voicemail messages and emails within (4) business hours
Job Requirements:

- Experience in MS Word and Excel
- Valid Driver’s license and over 21 years of age
- Construction industry experience desired
