Job Summary
We are seeking a Engineer Electronics 3 (RF/Digital) to support manufacturing test operations for advanced RF and digital products.
This role involves hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) within a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) environment.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, test, and debug RF and digital circuit card assemblies (CCAs)
Perform fault isolation and root cause/corrective action analysis
Analyze test data to identify yield trends and improve performance
Support First Time Through Test Yield (FTTTY) and production goals
Develop and implement improved test methods and procedures
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams
Support technicians with troubleshooting and training
Present yield data, issues, and corrective actions in program reviews
Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and test processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with RF and/or digital hardware testing
Ability to read and interpret schematics, specifications, and block diagrams
2 to 4 years of work experience is required
Hands-on experience with test equipment:
Oscilloscope
Spectrum Analyzer
Signal Generator
Power Meter
Digital Multimeter (DMM)
Strong understanding of RF concepts and digital circuit fundamentals
Experience troubleshooting electronic hardware at board/system level
Preferred Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance
Experience with FPGA, JTAG, or embedded systems
Programming experience (C, C++, LabWindows CVI, TestStand)
Familiarity with PXI/PXIe or VME test systems
Knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., LVDS)
Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing
