Key Responsibility
As a marketing program manager, you will guide the creative development process of programs and campaigns of all sizes, contributing to the growth and success of the business. You will interface with the creative team and our marketing channel owners, being an advocate for both the brand and program strategies as you ensure programs are successfully delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for execution of programs of all sizes; ensuring the program stays on task, on time and within budget
Review strategy and scope of program requests and ensure clear details are provided in creative brief
Work with traffic manager to attain necessary creative resources
Establish clear and manageable objectives
Develop project plan with timeline and key milestones
Conduct kickoff meetings to align all parties on strategy, deliverables and timeline
Refine requirements as needed and keep everyone aligned on changes
Be an advocate for business goals and consumer experience throughout the creative process; and equally be an advocate for the brand to achieve creative excellence in representing the business
Raise awareness of issues or risks as they arise and ensure resolutions are found
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to create detailed project plans and timelines
Collaborate with program owners and creative team to ensure program is developed in accordance with program strategy and brand requirements
Ability to multi-task while prioritizing heavy workloads
Adaptive and responsive to changing needs and priorities
Must be detail-oriented
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to work well in a team environment and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully
Takes initiative, recognizes needs and acts on them, and proactively keeps manager and others appraised on projects, workload, demands and new initiatives
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
5+ years of experience in project management or related roles
Excellent leadership, time management, facilitation and organization skills
Keen attention to detail and structured way of approaching tasks
Demonstrated abilities as being a critical thinker and problem solver
Proven history of managing multiple deliverables
Responsive, motivated and takes initiative
Creative agency or marketing background a plus
