    Architectural Designer / Drafter - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 26-00146 Pay Range: $30.00 - $36.00/HR + OT pay Permanent Position with Benefits Columbus, Ohio area Architectural Firm seeks an Architectural Designer / Drafter. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Architecture (or equivalent education + professional experience) Experience in architectural design and drafting Proficient in AutoCAD Revit (BIM experience preferred) Experience with architectural detailing and millwork detailing Understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents Produce advanced architectural and millwork detailing Assist with design and documentation for restaurant and light commercial projects Coordinate drawings with Structural and MEP consultants Review and apply building codes and zoning requirements Manage and implement revisions throughout the full construction document set Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
