INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, is searching for a freelance Digital Account Supervisor to join our Hyundai team!  

This is a long-term, ongoing, contract role. 

We are a hybrid work environment, x 3 days week in-office. Local candidates only, please. 

 OVERVIEW

The Account Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of client’s automotive website initiatives that center around leveraging data to optimize a user's experience.

Seeking candidates with experience in web personalization within a (digital) ad agency in client services role. The successful candidate should possess good client contact skills including, but not limited to, conducting presentations, trouble-shooting problems and thinking on their feet.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Key Role Responsibilities

• Work with the client to identify needs and expectations on website optimizations and large data-driven initiatives.
• Initiate projects derived from strategic/data insights, client/business needs, and creative ideas. Accurately plan and forecast project budgets.
• Deliver on (medium to large scope) site updates and self-contained projects unaided. Takes ownership of deliverables and facilitates work effectively across internal teams and vendors.
• Brief creative and production teams on project initiatives including website maintenance, development, and asset generation. 
• Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary.
• Present/communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps.
• Facilitate internal and client reviews, update status documents, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination.
• Results owner – can articulate past results and measurements strategy/optimizations.
• Be the steward of the agency’s brand management system and show solid knowledge of the client’s business (including pricing, product, sales, marketing channels, strategies, and competitive landscape). Able to lead client discussions regarding digital marketing insights and recommendations.

Management Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with several cross-functional agency teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of objectives.
• Manage client and vendor partners, fostering strong relationships, and serving as a reliable point of contact to address their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services and solutions.
• Oversee the efforts of junior staff and provide guidance on projects.
• Oversee internal process.
