Title: Facility & Customer Engagement Specialist 
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Onsite 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We are hiring a Facility & Customer Engagement Specialist for a 3-month onsite assignment at our Innovation Experience Center (IXC) in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. In this role, you’ll coordinate customer events, manage facility operations, and support cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for visitors.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and support customer & stakeholder events at the IXC.

• Manage logistics, setup, scheduling, and post-event follow-up.

• Serve as onsite point of contact for customers and visitors.

• Support facility operations, content audits, and inventory management.

• Partner with marketing, sales, and education teams to deliver engaging customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in marketing, events, or customer engagement.

• Strong skills in Excel/Airtable and event coordination.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Outgoing personality with ability to collaborate across teams.
