impac Fleet is hiring a Business Development Lead to coach and develop a team of Business Development Representatives while contributing to appointment generation and team success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coach and develop a team of up to 5 BDRs

• Recruit, onboard, and train new talent

• Generate your own qualified appointments

• Improve outreach strategies and sales processes

• Foster a positive, accountable team culture

• Lead by example through consistency and professionalism

COMPENSATION

ON Target Earnings are $60 - $70K

• $95K–$115K+ for strong performers

• $130K+ for top performers

No commission cap.

• Full-time, in-office role

• Monday–Friday

• Strong daily engagement with your team
