Operational Leadership

  • Oversees day to day operations of Performance arm of the SPC, ensuring safe, effective, and high quality service delivery.

  • Identifies staffing needs and oversees recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and caregiver engagement for Sports Performance caregivers.

  • Ensures compliance with professional licensure, credentialing, Intermountain policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Oversees documentation, billing processes, and operational reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial stewardship.

  • Ensures equipment reliability, safety inspections, maintenance, and calibration in accordance with manufacturer specifications and organizational standards.

Outreach & External Partnerships

  • Leads enterprise facing outreach strategy for sports performance services in collaboration with hospital and system leadership.

  • Serves as the primary liaison and relationship owner for external partnerships, including universities, professional sports organizations, community groups, and affiliated organizations.

  • Develops, manages, and sustains partnerships that support program growth, innovation, and community impact.

Strategic & Organizational Contribution

  • Participates in strategic planning, program evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to sports performance services.

  • Interprets and presents program and performance data to inform decision making and strategic direction.
