We’re hiring Mission Specialists—technical problem solvers with deep Networking and Linux expertise who can adapt to any challenge. This is a small, highly skilled team we deploy to tackle the organization’s toughest technical problems. You’ll bring strong core IT skills, and we’ll train you across Software Quality Assurance (QA), Technical Support, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) so you can operate cross-functionally and deliver results in any environment.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and maintain network and Linux-based systems in POS/back-office environments
• Configure and secure network infrastructure (firewall rules, routing, diagnostics)
• Deploy and support software/hardware for clients
• Rotate through QA, Support, and CRM roles to expand your skills
• Document solutions to help the whole team

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• Proven networking experience, including LAN/WAN configuration, firewall rules, subnetting, and solid understanding of the OSI model
• Proficiency with network diagnostic tools (wireshark, tcpdump) and route table management
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear written/verbal communication
• Based in — or willing to relocate to — Twin Falls, ID

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SQL, TypeScript, POS systems, or Software Quality Assurance testing
