    • Assist in developing security and IA policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring alignment with federal and DoD requirements.
    • Work directly with customers to minimize cybersecurity risks, conduct assessments, and secure networks across multiple system boundaries.
    • Evaluate security products, tools, and controls to determine suitability and compliance with mission requirements.
    • Conduct security posture reviews, documentation analysis, and contribute to enterpriselevel IA planning activities.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience, with at least five (5) years specifically in information security or Information Assurance (IA).
    • Handson experience in security administration, evaluation of IA product capabilities, security assessment, and security policy development.
    • A strong understanding of federal information security/assurance standards, policies, and regulations (e.g., DoD cybersecurity policies, NIST frameworks, federal IA compliance standards).
    • Deep familiarity with DoD IA frameworks, NIST SP 800series publications, and other federal cybersecurity standards
    • Strong ability to translate technical risks into mission and operational impacts
    • Experience partnering with Government stakeholders or DoW program offices
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across complex environments

Salary: $115k+ to align with education and experience.
