Alexandria, VA Join IDS International’s National Security Services team supporting secure & mission-critical environments.
Cleared Escorts support secure facility operations by escorting uncleared personnel within government environments and ensuring compliance with established security procedures. This role operates in a high-visibility setting with continuous interaction with customer and government stakeholders. Escorts are responsible for maintaining situational awareness, enforcing escort protocols, and representing the program professionally in a customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities
* Escort and monitor uncleared personnel within secure facilities
* Ensure compliance with customer and government security procedures
* Maintain constant awareness of escorted personnel
* Communicate effectively with security staff, vendors, and site leadership
* Represent the program professionally in a customer-facing role 
Required Qualifications
Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph required
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
Required Experience: * Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environments
* Ability to ensure compliance with established security procedures
* Ability to always maintain awareness of personnel and surroundings
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership
* Ability to work in a customer-facing environmentPhysical Requirements:
* Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout secure facilities for extended periods of time
* Position may require occasional lifting and/or movement of moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements

* Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling, tracking)
* Prior customer service experience
* Previous government or customer-site experience
* Construction or vendor oversight experience
* Experience working in complex or fast-paced environments
* Comfortable overseeing diverse teams and personalities 
Work Schedule & Conditions
Standard Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0600–1430 or 0700–1530
Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week Overtime: Overtime opportunities available (time and a half)
Flexibility Requirement: Must be available for occasional weekend 0700–1530 and overnight 2100–0500 shift support; Must be willing and able to travel between customer sites as needed or requested. Compensation & Benefits
Rate: $ 43.00 per hour
Benefits: Health, 401(k), PTO & Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays are available to all W2 employees of IDS *Adjusted hourly rates and daily per diem may be available for non-local and/or travel assignments Apply
