Looking for a night shift where you're more than just a number? Our ICCU team is known for its compassionate leadership, low turnover, and strong sense of camaraderie. We care for patients with a wide range of acute medical needs, giving you the chance to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment. With leaders who are present and deeply invested in your success, this is a night shift that offers stability, impact, and community.
  • Schedule: 7pm-7am, Night Shift, Full-Time (Shift Differential for 7pm-7am)
  • Department: ICCU
  • Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center - NH NHRMC

What You'll Do
It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time. Our team members are part of an environment that fosters teamwork, team member engagement and community involvement.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience:
    • One year preferred.
    • One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Completion of NAI program, required.
    • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
    • Medication Safety - AME, required.
    • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
  • Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
