Job description

If so, you could be the perfect candidate for our Deposit Services Specialistrole at ICCU!
ICCU’s mission is to help our members achieve financial success. As a Deposit Services Specialist, you will assist in the maintenance and servicing of all Deposit Accounts for our members.
At work, your Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily processing.
  • Conducting account research.
  • Processing advanced transaction types.
  • Working with vendors and partners to complete tasks.
  • Applying details of regulations and compliance.
  • Writing and maintaining policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in credit union training.
Before you apply, make sure you have:
  • An understanding of basic computer software and program navigation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
Also, please let us know in your application if you have:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
This role will also require some physical abilities including the ability to sit for extended periods of time, lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies, reach keyboards, and operate basic office machines.
You must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
