What You'll Do

As a Back-End Team Member at iSmash Stuart, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily back-end tasks to support the team. You will be setting up and cleaning rage rooms and paint rooms.
• Handling and moving items safely (must be able to lift at least forty pounds).
• Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
• Collaborating with team members to keep sessions on schedule.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Reliable and ready to contribute to the team’s success.
• Physically capable of lifting at least forty pounds.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Someone who is primarily available to work on the weekends, but also weekdays.
• Open to learning and growing within the role—no prior experience required!
