We deliver managed, end-to-end communications solutions-so customers can run safer operations, reduce downtime, and accelerate digital initiatives even where traditional networks don't reach.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, iNet combines next-generation connectivity-including LEO satellite (Starlink) and private 4G/5G LTE-with enterprise networking, monitoring, and field support to deliver reliable service worldwide. Our customers span energy (upstream, midstream, downstream, renewables), mining, and utilities, and we're known for practical engineering, fast execution, and 24/7 operational accountability.
We're looking for a Product Engineer II to support and evolve telecom-centric products and managed service solutions. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys translating business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions and working at the intersection of technology, vendors, and operations.
What You'll Do
- Translate business and customer needs into clear functional specifications
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical and service issues
- Evaluate solution options and participate in vendor assessments
- Support RFIs/RFQs and solution comparisons
- Create and maintain delivery and operational documentation
- Support service readiness, launch validation, and handoff to operations
- Work across technologies such as IoT, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, wireless, and networking
Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 1-4 years of experience in telecom, networking, or managed services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on well-scoped deliverables
- Clear written communication and documentation skills
Bonus points for experience with: SD-WAN, IoT platforms, cybersecurity tools, or OSS/BSS environments.
