We are assembling a team of elite fitness professionals to use the innovative technology of our unique exercise platform to enhance the deeply human, 1:1 personal training experience. We are looking for trainers who understand that fitness can be a holistic, immersive experience and can guide clients to their desired outcomes with an evidence-based, comprehensive approach to fitness and health & wellness.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced trainers who are looking to use the best virtual training platform in the industry to both continue training clients they have already established relationships with prior to & begin training and developing deep relationships with new clients from within the ecosystem. We are dedicated to fostering not only an individual trainer’s further development but also a community of trainers centered around the idea of continuous growth in the field. This position will be part-time with the opportunity to grow to full-time employment status.
What We're Looking For
• At least 3 years of experience with personal training, with a certification from a nationally accredited certifying fitness body.
• Trainers who are interested in centralizing their business, by both presenting the training opportunity to their current clients & acquiring new clients from our nation-wide member base.
• Trainers who strive for a balance of autonomy & collaboration, all in service of the client experience.
• A genuine passion for helping others
• A willingness to adapt to a new environment and platform
• The ability to build a strong connection with every client
• A big personality without a big ego
• Located within the US
It's a Bonus If You
• Demonstrate a clear history of learning & self-development through additional certifications, specializations, and ongoing education (seminars, master classes, workshops, podcasts, etc.)
• Have deep experience with functional movement training • Have deep experience with holistic health coaching (nutrition coaching, sleep coaching, behavior change coaching, etc.)
