Duties * Evaluates management, maintenance, and operating costs of project finances (to include furniture and appliances), development, and construction. * Reviews Executive Homes Six-year Plan and Quarterly Cost Reports for accuracy and submits forms in accordance with established guidelines. * Prepares and presents effective, accurate, and complete briefings, information, and correspondence in relation to the budget. * Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), responsible for day-to-day management of contracts supporting housing functions as required or appointed. * Represents the organization in installation level meetings and/or at various conferences and meetings with local officials and other federal, state, or legal organizations concerning current housing programs, practices, and trends.
