Job description

Overview

Fitness Attendant maintains the fitness center, to include keeping cardio equipment clean, ensuring equipment is placed back in proper location, and setting up and breaking down classes. Attendant meets and greets guest/members and is constantly circulating to remain visible and approachable throughout their shift.

Responsibilities
  • Wipe and clean machines
  • Fold towels
  • Adhere to all Terranea policies, procedures, and standards
  • Operate golf cart
  • Be familiar with Terranea Property

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow directions and be responsive to needs within the Spa
  • Attend line ups
  • Set up and break down of group activity functions as requested
  • Use established check list for daily duties
  • Adhere to grooming and uniform standards
  • Know each standard associated with the department
  • Keep constant communication with Fitness Supervisor and/or Spa MOD
Qualifications

To qualify one must possess the ability to be hospitable and work with minimal supervision while performing all job functions that are required which requires multi-tasking and prioritizing.  Current CPR and First Aid certification is required. Looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and has a strong sense of work ethic.

Compensation

Base Pay Start Rate: $18.65/Hr.
