Horticultural Services Supervisor

At Natura, our mission is to create environments where people thrive by reconnecting them with nature. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a team of Horticultural Technicians and Installers, guide their growth and training, and ensure service excellence for high-profile accounts.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and train your team: Supervise Horticultural Technicians and Installers, provide ongoing coaching, and guide career development.
  • Ensure quality service: Conduct regular service reviews, shadow team members, and address customer concerns quickly.
  • Support client relationships: Partner with clients to maintain satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure service goals are met.
  • Drive performance: Monitor team productivity, labor margins, and replacement costs while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Promote growth: Mentor employees, encourage alignment with Natura's Core Values, and support career advancement.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of horticultural experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong training and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to pass required background and drug screenings for client access.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to work in varied environments: warehouses, offices, commercial spaces, and outdoors.
