Position Description

  • HME is looking for hard working college students that are eager to learn more about the steel fabrication and construction industry.

In our production shop, you’ll see how our fast-growing company operates behind the scenes.

Here at HME we can help make it easy for students to gain real-world hands-on experience.

    • Flexible scheduling throughout the school year.

Position Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be currently working towards Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree.
  • Strong academic record and passion for the construction industry preferred.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
  • Ability to handle physical workload required.
  • Good time management skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds required.
  • Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
