We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented production professional who enjoys hands-on finishing work requiring precision, consistency, and strong manual dexterity. This role focuses on polishing, finishing, and assembling precision components while maintaining strict quality standards in a regulated, climate-controlled environment. • Polish and finish precision medical components to required specifications
• Perform detailed hand-finishing using small tools and precision techniques
• Assemble multi-component parts as required by production schedules
• Maintain strict quality standards and inspection expectations
• Follow written work instructions, procedures, and documented processes
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards
• Support production flow while meeting daily output goals
• Handle components carefully to avoid defects or damage
• Communicate production or quality concerns promptly to supervisors

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environments

• Base Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Shift Options:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Weekend Shift: Three 12-hour shifts (work 36 hours, paid for 40)
