Job Summary
Shift Schedule A: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday - Thursday)Â
Shift Schedule B: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00
Receives, verifies, and records incoming materials and supplies and performs a variety of routine clerical duties to support Warehouse operations.
Â
Essential Job Functions *
- Performs daily invoicing and tracking of customer orders, communicating between sales staff and customer service.
- Records shipment details in the ‘Manual Receiving Log.’ and enters packing slip data into the computer.
- Prepares and applies identification labels to goods.
- Generates and prints work orders for raw goods.
- Reviews and reconciles daily receipts.
- Creates and maintains necessary reports, spreadsheets, files and correspondence, including Argent software.
- Handles the overflow from the receiving operation and the production reporting process.
- Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic problems. Reports complex problems to Supervisor.

- High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and vendors and deal tactfully with the public.
