Job description
- Define and execute the Americas field marketing strategy aligned with global priorities and regional revenue targets, driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact across priority industries,
- Lead demand generation and accountbased marketing programs that create, accelerate, and expand pipeline across target accounts.
- Lead adoption of emerging AI capabilities within the marketing organization by identifying innovative use cases, establishing best practices, and ensuring responsible and effective application of AI across regional marketing programs.
- Deliver integrated, multichannel marketing programs including events, digital campaigns, ABM, partner marketing, webinars, and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership and customer success to align on account priorities, pipeline goals, and gotomarket execution.
- Lead the planning and execution of highimpact industry events, executive programs, and partnerled initiatives that strengthen customer and partner engagement.
- Establish KPIs, analyze performance, and share market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to continuously optimize impact and inform global marketing strategy.
- 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in field marketing and demand generation
- Proven leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing highperforming marketing teams
- Strong background in B2B SaaS or technologydriven organizations, ideally serving enterprise customers
- Demonstrated success leading accountbased marketing strategies and enterprisefocused programs
- Experience partnering closely with sales and crossfunctional stakeholders to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Highly analytical and datadriven, with a strong focus on performance measurement and continuous optimization
- Comfortable operating in a fastpaced, global organization and willing to travel up to 30% for regional engagement
The expected base salary range for this position is $194,600 to $260,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, which is subject to company and individual performance.
