Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Mission
We strive to provide comprehensive therapeutic services and programs utilizing a variety of professional restorative aids, nature based learning, and skilled equine movements to facilitate physical and emotional growth, learning, and healing.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide therapy services at our facility. The counselor will have the flexibility to incorporate nature-based approaches into sessions and, if desired, integrate equine-assisted therapy with the support of our staff and resources.
Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients and families.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.
• Incorporate nature-based therapeutic approaches; optional integration of equine-assisted therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Qualifications
• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy to patients and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in nature-based therapy approaches; equine experience is optional.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a therapeutic team.
Schedule amp; Compensation
• Flexible scheduling options (part-time or full-time).
• Compensation commensurate with experience and licensure.
