Graduate Engineer I, Structural (EIT) - Richardson, TX
Halff has an open position for a Graduate Structural Engineer in our Richardson, TX, location. This position is for a new graduate or individual with 0 to 2 years of experience in Structural Engineering interested in working on building and bridge design projects. New graduates are encouraged to apply. What you will do:
  • Will design part or all of projects such as buildings, hydraulic structures, retaining walls, and vehicular bridges.
  • Will review contractor submittals during construction.
  • Will work under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Will interact with clients as well as in-house engineers and architects.
  • Will provide CAD assistance when necessary.

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis - required.
  • Passed FE exam or can within 6 months of starting position.
  • Up to 2 years of experience on Structural projects is a plus.
  • MicroStation, OpenRoads, Revit or Civil 3D training is a plus.
