The Gurley Leep Automotive Family is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Warranty Administrator to join our Corporate Office in Mishawaka, IN. Behind every successful repair is someone making sure the warranty process runs smoothly-and that's where you come in!
What You'll Be Doing:
? Process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time
? Review repair orders for completeness and compliance
? Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers
? Track, reconcile, and follow up on outstanding claims
? Keep organized records and stay current on warranty policies
? Help maximize warranty reimbursement while maintaining compliance

Requirements

• Accounting or clerical experience preferred; dealership experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with accounting or dealership software preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team
