IML Containers / Groupe Lacroix est une entreprise dynamique qui uvre dans le domaine de l'emballage alimentaire et qui met de l'avant la collaboration entre les collegues de travail, les relations enrichissantes avec ces derniers et les clients, et qui prescrit a des normes de qualite de hauts niveaux. Nous sommes actuellement a la recherche de personnes qui desirent s'impliquer dans une entreprise qui est en pleine expansion.
Sous la supervision de la responsable du service a la clientele, l'Agent au Traitement des Commandes effectue diverses taches de soutien a son departement et aux operations tout en travaillant en etroite collaboration avec les assistant(e)s commerciales.
Responsabilites et role :
- Recevoir, entrer et suivre les commandes des clients dans le systeme informatique ;
- Entrer les commandes d'achat de matiere premiere du departement commercial ;
- Analyser les besoins, etablir les priorites et organiser les differentes activites reliees aux commandes ;
- Assurer la liaison entre les besoins en produits finis et les differents services impliques : planification, production, logistique ;
- Gerer la boite courriel des commandes clients;
- Effectuer d'autres taches et responsabilites telles qu'assignees.
Profil recherche
- Etre organise et rigoureux et prendre en charge des priorites quotidiennes
- Faire preuve d'autonomie et d'initiative et etre en mesure de realiser plusieurs taches en simultane de facon rapide et efficace
- Le titulaire devra demontrer d'excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles pour interagir avec ses collegues, et les clients
- Avoir une excellente communication et etre capable de s'adapter a differents types d'interlocuteurs
- Avoir le sens de l'ecoute
- Proactivite et esprit d'equipe
Qualifications demandees
- AEC ou DEC en administration ou formation equivalente ;
- 1 a 3 ans d'experience pertinente dans un poste similaire ;
- Experience dans un secteur manufacturier (un atout majeur);
- Francais et Anglais obligatoire ;
- Maitrise de la suite MS Office (Word et Excel) ;
