As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be pivotal in enhancing the mental health of our clients through a variety of responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
• Engage in case management by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to strengthen client care and achieve holistic outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Foster ongoing professional growth by staying abreast of the latest research developments in mental health through workshops, seminars, and online resources.

The LPC at Gotham Enterprises will work predominantly with adult clients facing a wide array of challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, and relational issues. Our counselor's goal will be to provide wraparound support, addressing mental health symptoms while factoring in social determinants that influence overall wellness.

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

While not mandatory, experience in community health settings and familiarity with telehealth practices will enhance candidate suitability. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities or continued education in mental health are also viewed favorably.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
