Job description
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Support daily station operations, including improving delivery efficiency, optimizing workflows, and assisting with basic logistics tasks such as parcel sorting and unloading
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Participate in cross-functional learning and gain exposure to different areas of the business
- Work closely with regional leadership and department heads to understand business operations and management practices
- Collaborate with team members to support business expansion initiatives, including new city launches and relocation assignments as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
- Strong adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure work environments
- Excellent execution skills, problem-solving ability, and sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus
- Clear logical thinking, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
- Strong interest in the logistics and supply chain industry with a long-term career commitment
- Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on future management responsibilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
