What your future day will look like:

• Process financial transactions, reconcile accounts, support payroll activities, and maintain accurate records using accounting and payment systems.
• Manage office procedures, vendor relationships, facility needs, calendars, records, and internal communications.
• Provide executive and committee support through meeting coordination, agenda preparation, document distribution, minutes, and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate meetings and special events by managing venues, catering, technology, materials, registration, and onsite logistics.
• Maintain documentation for audits, tax filings, compliance requirements, and organizational reporting deadlines.
• Support payments, reimbursements, lodging arrangements, and administrative needs related to performances and other special programs.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or office administration
• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
