Position Summaryย 
To serve our customers by being trained to perform the job duties ofย different positionsย within the sales teamย and alsoย to provide coverage for these positions during absences.ย

Essential Functions

  • Delivers, stocks, rotates, displays, and maintains products at customer locations according to established standards.
  • Builds positive relationships with customers, consumers, Territory Account Managers, Territory Delivery Managers, and internal Pepsi teams.
  • Invoices customers and collects payment.
  • Handles, stocks, and organizes alcoholic products.
  • Communicates effectively with retailers, Pepsi management, supervisors, and co-workers.
  • Follows company policies, safety requirements, AIB and Pepsi standards, and applicable laws; wears required PPE.
  • Maintains customer inventory by delivering appropriate product quantities between scheduled deliveries.
  • Completes required paperwork, including DOT logs, and protects confidential pricing, promotion, and customer information.
  • Works assigned schedule, maintains regular attendance, works overtime as needed, and performs other duties as assigned.

Education Levelย 
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)ย 
Experienceย 
6-12 months ofย previousย sales experience with a consumer product line and customer relations experience.ย 
Certifications & Licensesย 
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License; employee must be insurable toย operateย a vehicle, as a condition ofย initialย and continued employment.ย

Ability to: work quickly and efficiently without direct supervision; solve problems; multi-task; adapt to changing tasks and priorities; be trained on a two and four-wheel hand cart, pallet jack, straddle stacker,ย handheldย computer and printer and other mechanical equipment; drive a combination vehicle, lift heavy product repetitively, accurately count inventory on vehicle; read (e.g. diagrams, maps, planograms) and write. Other functions,ย skills, and abilities may also apply.
