About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our Workflow team in Columbus, Ohio. This is an onsite role, where you will not only lead test efforts but also actively contribute to our testing strategy and implementation. You will collaborate with global teams across time zones, driving quality excellence with strong automation skills and leadership.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our Workflow team in Columbus, Ohio. This is an onsite role, where you will not only lead test efforts but also actively contribute to our testing strategy and implementation. You will collaborate with global teams across time zones, driving quality excellence with strong automation skills and leadership.
As a QA Lead, you will:
- Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for the Workflow product line.
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and time zones.
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, integration, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality management standards and end-user requirements.
- Guide the team in continuous integration, deployment, test data, and environment management.
- Identify risks, monitor defects, and report on quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Mentor QA engineers, promoting best practices in testing and automation.
- 7 years of QA/Quality Engineering experience, with proven QA Lead or Test Lead responsibilities.
- Strong automation background with hands-on expertise in:
- Ruby, Java, Postman, Cypress, Tosca.
- Experience in test automation development, risk-based testing, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test data management, and environment management.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with global, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
