Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 desktop/network support
Provide break fix services for laptops, desktops and mobile computing devices
Provide mobile device support
Image creation and distribution (Symantec Ghost, etc...)QualificationsEducation:
Preferred candidates should be working towards the completion of a BA/BS or MS degree in computer science or similar degree.

Work Experience:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003 operating systems
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and general knowledge of Windows applications
Remote PC trouble resolution
Image creation and distribution (Symantec Ghost, etc...)
PC hardware and software configuration skills, preferably with Dell, IBM, and HP/Compaq PCs and Laptops
Understanding of the following concepts: IP, DHCP, WINS, and DNS
Basic knowledge of mobile computing devices (Blackberry and Windows/Apple Mobile devices)Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter and organized to schedule and manage multiple activities in the same timeline
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to work independentlyLanguage / Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Must be a good listener
Must be able to communicate effectively

Geographic Responsibility: Corporate

Internal Relationships: IT Team and other teams in the corporate office
