DRIVE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, PARTNERSHIPS & SALES

• Understand clients' homes, design preferences, and lifestyle aspirations, offering thoughtful recommendations and style guidance.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality through personalized touches and elevated service experiences.
• Leverage client feedback and insights to continuously enhance the client experience.

ENSURE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

• Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, reporting, charge sends, returns, exchanges, quote preparation, and issue resolution.
• Assist with receiving and processing merchandise shipments while maintaining an organized stockroom and back-of-house environment, as needed.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards through floor presentations, bed changes, visual rotations, and daily boutique maintenance.
• Support inventory management activities, including physical inventories and cycle counts, as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and corporate business partners to ensure operational excellence.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, luxury real estate, or a client-facing luxury service environment highly preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform activities including bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders in accordance with safety guidelines.
