Position Summary:

• Responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the Administrator.
• Organizes meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders for leadership activities.
• Prioritizes emails and phone calls while coordinating Administration activities and daily tasks.
• Gathers documents and prepares materials for meetings and executive functions.
• Provides high-level administrative support to the Administrator by managing administrative responsibilities, allowing the Administrator to focus on organizational decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Provides leadership in planning, organizing, and controlling the work effort of the Administrator by minimizing lower-level administrative tasks.
• Maintains strict confidentiality regarding organizational and personnel matters.
• Performs minor accounting duties, including coding invoices and compiling expense reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and/or Experience Required:

Education:

• High School Diploma required.
• College coursework in Business, Human Resources, or Project Management preferred.

License:

• None required.

Experience:

• One (1) or more years coordinating Business, Human Resources, or Project Management activities preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
• Proficient knowledge of PC computers and Microsoft.
• Basic understanding of business scheduling and coordinating events.
