About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at FourteenSixteen in La Grange, IL, as a Busser/Runner! This exciting role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to tables.
  • Clear and clean tables efficiently to maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Restock supplies and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the team during busy shifts to enhance overall service quality.
  • Help set up and break down dining areas for special events.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Team player with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices. Food Handlers Certificate 
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
