Monitor production disruptions, quality concerns, and supplier-related issues and support rapid escalation processes

Monitor and manage third parties or Formel D staff for containment and rework activities

Report status of corrective actions and monitor effectiveness

Attend customer meetings, production reviews, and quality discussions

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer contacts, supplier representatives, and plant leadership

Identify potential new business opportunities, service gaps, and customer needs within the facility and communicate findings internally

Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Assist in development and support of assembly floor quality systems and operational processes

Maintain professional customer representation of Formel D at all times within the plant environment

Support development of future Formel D service opportunities including quality, logistics, rework, engineering, and operational support services

Qualification/Requirement:

Ability to speak English fluently in a business and technical setting

3 to 5 years of experience in automotive, EV, battery, or manufacturing environments

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills with the flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with people at all organizational levels

Comfortable working directly within OEM and supplier manufacturing facilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Experience/Education:
