  • Develop design concepts, building layouts, site planning studies, space planning solutions, and technical detailing.
  • Produce and oversee project deliverables including Revit models, drawing sets, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, staffing allocations, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Review construction documents and specifications to maintain quality and design intent.
  • Collaborate with planning, architecture, and interior design teams on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Mentor architectural staff and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
  • Support quality control efforts and maintain adherence to established standards and best practices.

Senior Project Architect - Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect preferred.
  • 8+ years of professional architectural experience with increasing project leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, codes, technical detailing, and consultant coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working on hospitality, private club, commercial, institutional, or other complex design projects is highly desirable.

Senior Project Architect - Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Join a respected, design-focused organization with a strong portfolio of award-winning work.
  • Collaborate with experienced leadership and multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Work on unique, high-profile projects with direct client interaction.
  • Opportunity to play a meaningful role in project leadership, team development, and long-term firm growth.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
