    Job description

We specialize in building-to-print precision-machined components, anodizing, and engineered thermal-spray coatings. We provide customers with leading-edge support from prototype to production.

    Swing Shift (Part time): 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM - (Saturday & Sunday)

    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Responsible for setting up and running repeat or proven part(s) with simple to high complexity with minimal direction.

    • Responsible for utilizing shop paper procedure including updates, signatures and stamps, counting quantities, labeling and non-conformance related activities
    • Read blueprints, tooling instructions, and standard charts for specifications
    • Set-up, and run all facets of work assigned
    • Provide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction to operators and lower-level machinists as required

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ work experience
    • Practical knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of blueprint reading, GD & T
    • Extensive knowledge of accepted inspection practices
    • Knowledge of CNC programming and G & M code
    • Basic to intermediate tool probe
    • Demonstrated ability in operating computer numerical control machines.
