About Fluidstack
We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.
We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Examples of key problems the team is working on
Build the financial infrastructure from the ground up (NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks, Pigment).
Stand up a lean finance org for the fastest-growing data center hyperscaler.
Own the full stack from vendor invoice to cap table.
Own revenue accounting for complex compute and colocation contracts: ASC 606 from deal desk to journal entry.
Review contracts pre-signature and land the accounting conclusion before the ink dries.
Run the monthly revenue close: billing, deferrals, and recognition tying to contracts at scale.
Build revenue automation in NetSuite as contract volume and complexity compound.

You've owned ASC 606 revenue for usage-based, subscription, or infrastructure contracts.
You've written technical memos that held up with auditors.
You catch the recognition issue in the redline, not in the close.
Your close is fast because the process is engineered, not heroic.
You partner with deal desk without becoming a bottleneck.
Bonus: Data center or cloud revenue models. NetSuite ARM. Big 4 foundation. IPO readiness.
