Job description

Job Summary:
Fluidstack is building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence, partnering with top AI labs and enterprises. The Security Lead, Data Centers will design and implement security frameworks for Fluidstack's data center infrastructure, ensuring compliance and security across all operations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of physical and logical security frameworks across Fluidstack's distributed data center infrastructure.
• Establish security standards for facility buildouts.
• Drive the design and implementation of secure networking infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor and contractor security requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer obligations.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and operations teams to embed security into every layer of Fluidstack's GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Own and drive efforts to secure AI infrastructure from sophisticated adversaries.
• Build security processes and policies that scale alongside Fluidstack's rapid infrastructure growth.
• Lead network security engineering work, both consultative and implementation, with the infrastructure teams.
• Design and maintain comprehensive security frameworks across Fluidstack's distributed infrastructure.
• Help develop and lead the implementation of security system standards in compliance with US DoD and other international standards.
• Drive and consult on cross-functional DC architecture and operations, to include infrastructure, ops, support, etc.
• Drive strategic alignment across multiple security functions as they plug in across all aspects of DC operations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years designing and implementing hyperscale /mission-critical security systems and operations
• Understanding of the threat landscape at the IT/OT convergence
• Experience with physical and logical security technologies and vendors
