Responsibilities
Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-approved tools and equipment
Complete all repairs to the highest standard following Ford and OEM specifications
Document services and repairs accurately and thoroughly
Maintain current knowledge through ongoing training and certifications
Communicate repair needs and service outcomes clearly with customers and Service Advisors
Help maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment
Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety protocols
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ford Senior Master Certification required
ASE certifications preferred
Previous Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
Expert-level understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical accuracy
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and computer-based systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
