Job description

Job Summary

Sturdy Health is seeking a Per Diem Neurologist to provide inpatient and emergency care of neurologic patients at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical evaluation and treatment of all patients in an efficient, professional and thorough manner.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with neurological disorders.
  • Work closely with hospitalists and other providers across sub-specialties.
  • Cover weekend calls (Friday to Sunday or optional Saturday to Sunday) one weekend per month.
  • Round once per day and respond to initial consults within 24 hours while on call.
  • Attend to an estimated weekend call volume of 5-15 new consults.
Qualifications
  • Availability to cover an average of one weekend per month.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology (BE/BC).
  • Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or ability to obtain one.
  • Dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our communities.
