As the primary driver of business results, the GM is accountable for inventory management, cost controls, staffing strategies, and maintaining an exceptional workplace culture within the unique, high-volume airport environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Multi-Concept Leadership: Oversee all daily restaurant operations for both Olive & Finch and Bar Finch, coordinating across FOH, BOH, and concept leadership teams.
    • Team Development & Culture: Hire, train, and develop managers and hourly staff for both concepts, fostering a unified culture of hospitality, professionalism, and accountability.
    • Brand Standards: Ensure food, beverage, and guest service consistently meet Olive & Finch Collective standards across both operations.
    • Financial & Inventory Management: Manage financial performance for the location, including full P&L oversight, labor and food cost controls, forecasting, and purchasing.

    • Corporate Alignment: Partner with corporate leadership to execute company initiatives and provide feedback on airport-specific operational opportunities.
    • Guest Relations: Serve as a role model for high-volume airport hospitality, managing escalated service recovery professionally in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications
    • Airport Badging: Must be able to successfully pass the required federal background screening and fingerprinting process mandated by Denver International Airport to secure and maintain an airport badge.
