Our expertise spans contaminant analysis, competitive benchmarking, new product validation, and process optimization to make the world safer, healthier, and more productive. IntegraLabs is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented and experienced Laboratory Technologist with a strong background in laboratory testing and analysis. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and prior laboratory experience. The ideal candidate will perform advanced testing and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the energy industry while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Perform chemical, physical, and mechanical tests following established protocols.
  • Develop, validate, and execute new testing methods for product development and competitive analysis.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as particle analyzers, FTIR spectrometer, UV spectrophotometer, X-Ray Fluorescence, laser particle counters, and air and hydrocarbon efficiency test loops.
  • Record and analyze test data, preparing technical reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to testing and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to support new product development and process optimization.
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance with laboratory procedures, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals and materials.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between the laboratory and field operations, providing support for customer inquiries and challenges. Occasional travel (<10%) required for field work.
  • Develop customized testing protocols and solutions tailored to unique customer needs and field conditions.
  • Deliver training and presentations to customers and internal commercial teams on filtration technologies, testing methodologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve filtration issues in customer applications.
  • Support the design and execution of field trials to evaluate filter performance and validate lab findings in real-world scenarios.
  • Document field observations and outcomes, integrating feedback into lab-based testing and product development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with Laboratory Management Software, Excel, and performing light data analytics.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical equipment.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, including safety and quality standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with filtration systems and media or a strong desire to learn filtration field applications.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to apply technical knowledge in dynamic, real-world settings.
  • Familiarity with industrial processes, especially in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries, is a plus.
