    Location: City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA
    Pay: $35.00 / hr
    Schedule: Full program: May 20 - June 30, 2026 (41 days)
    Shifts: 40 total hours/week
    ABOUT THIS ROLE:
    Windwalker Group is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for the Boston 26 FIFA Fan Festival™. You will manage the staging, tracking, and load-out of all Windwalker-provided security equipment across the 41-day program, including 10 Evolv OPENGATE AI weapons detection units, handheld detectors, radios, and PPE.
    WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    • Manage receipt, inventory, and staged deployment of all Windwalker security equipment
    • Coordinate equipment delivery with our C3 Lead and vendor contacts ahead of the on-site testing deadline
    • Maintain a real-time equipment tracking log from delivery through final return
    • Issue and recover radios, handheld detectors, PPE, and post equipment at each shift
    • Coordinate vehicle access and movements for resupply in compliance with BoH access protocols
    • Work with subcontractor logistics leads on shared equipment and access needs
    • Lead the Phase 5 equipment load-out - inventory, pack, and arrange return of all items
    • Flag equipment damage or loss to the Operations Manager and arrange repair or replacement

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    • Minimum 3 years logistics, operations, or equipment management experience
    • Prior event logistics or large venue operations experience strongly preferred
    • Proficiency with inventory tracking and spreadsheet tools
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent equipment stream
    • Physical ability to assist with equipment staging and loading as needed
    • Must pass a background check before deployment
