Job description

A leading private eye care practice is seeking an enthusiastic, personable Optical Sales Associate to join its dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about helping others see their best while developing valuable sales and customer service skills. No prior experience is required-comprehensive training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
  • Identify their needs and help select the best eyewear.
  • Explain lens and frame options.
  • Complete sales quickly and accurately.
  • Help with merchandising, inventory, and showroom upkeep. Build relationships for repeat business.
