Your Responsibilities

As part of EY ifb, you will contribute to challenging transformation projects in the banking and insurance industry. Your responsibilities range from supporting business development activities and driving functional and technical implementation topics to developing innovative solutions that help our clients meet evolving market and regulatory requirements. Your key areas of responsibility may include:

• Advising clients on the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions - from gathering business requirements and conducting business analyses to customizing and successfully delivering complex transformation projects.
• Leading and facilitating workshops, system demonstrations, and presales activities to support clients in identifying the right solutions, highlighting business value, and presenting innovative SAP S/4HANA concepts in a compelling way.
• Developing business concepts, proposal documents, and training materials to support successful project delivery and facilitate knowledge transfer across client and internal teams.
• Planning and delivering internal and client-fac​ing SAP S/4HANA training sessions, including the communication of best practices, new functionalities, and methodological approaches.
• Actively shaping and continuously enhancing our consulting portfolio by identifying market trends, innovations, and client needs, and translating them into new services, methodologies, and solution approaches.

Your Skillset

• At least three years of experience in a financial environment, combined with a strong understanding of Financial and Management Accounting, ideally complemented by industry expertise within the financial services sector.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including FI, CO, AR, AP, AA, Business Partner (BP), Project Systems (PS), Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and RISE, as well as ideally FS-CD.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, combined with a willingness to travel.
