As our Senior Living Sales Director, you will play a key role in connecting prospective residents and families with the care, support, and lifestyle they need while helping the community achieve occupancy goals.Why Join Our Team?

What You'll Do
  • Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process from initial inquiry through move-in
  • Conduct personalized community tours and follow-up outreach to build relationships and convert leads into residents
  • Develop and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses
  • Plan and participate in networking opportunities, educational events, and outreach initiatives to increase community visibility
  • Track sales activity, lead progression, and occupancy goals using CRM and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with community leadership to ensure a seamless and welcoming resident onboarding experience
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of senior living sales experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
